The Competition

Let’s face it, young drivers often have a bad reputation, however we know that’s not the case with everyone. With this program, our goal is to reward responsible drivers like yourself in hopes that it will inspire you to act as positive agents of change for your communities. The 'Aqdar Drive Safely' initiative, was made possible under the patronage of His Highness Lt General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, Khalifa Empowerment Program for Students (Aqdar) and Nissan Middle East.

The Pledge

Drivers using mobile phones are approximately 4 times more likely to be involved in an accident than those not using one. A frightening statistic to say the least, which is why we’d like you to commit to abstaining from using your phone when in front of the wheel. It’s not much to ask, and you have nothing to lose, so what are you waiting for?
